How does the annual prepay discount work?

Pay 12 months upfront and save 15% on any monthly retainer. Example: Growth at $1,299/month × 12 × 85% = $13,249.80 for the year, a saving of $2,338.20 versus paying monthly.

Are setup fees refundable if I cancel?

Foundations has no setup fee. For Growth and Custom, setup fees cover real onboarding work (schema implementation, technical audits, page builds, keyword and competitor research) that's already delivered in Month 1. They are not refundable, but if we discover during onboarding that a different tier fits better, we credit the difference toward your new plan.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time and the change takes effect at your next billing cycle. Since Foundations has no setup fee, upgrading from Foundations to Growth adds Growth's one-time $997 setup, which covers the website, schema, and page-build work that tier includes.
