Getting Started

Onboarding & the free audit

How we begin, what we look at first, and what we need from you to get moving.

What is local SEO, and is it different from regular SEO?

Local SEO is the practice of ranking for searches with local intent, anything with 'near me,' a city name, or that triggers Google's map pack. It uses a different set of signals than national SEO, weighted heavily toward Google Business Profile, citations, reviews, and locally-targeted content.

How does the free audit work?

We benchmark your current rankings against the top three competitors in every city you serve, audit your Google Business Profile, citations, reviews, and on-site SEO, and identify the fastest wins. The audit is delivered as a written report plus a strategy call. There's no obligation and nothing to install.

What do you need from us to start?

Owner access to your Google Business Profile, your website (and CMS access), and a 30-minute kickoff call. That's it. We handle citations, content, reviews, and reporting setup as part of onboarding.

How quickly can we begin?

Most clients are onboarded within 5 business days of signing. The audit can usually be delivered within 5 business days of request, even sooner for time-sensitive markets.

Pricing & Contracts

What it costs and how billing works

Transparent pricing, no hidden setup fees, and no long-term contracts.

What does it cost?

Plans start at $399/month for the Foundation plan and $899/month for the Growth plan. Multi-location and enterprise scopes are quoted custom. Full breakdown is on our pricing section.

Are there setup fees?

No. Every plan includes onboarding, GBP rebuild, citation foundation, and review-system setup at no extra charge.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. Your Google Business Profile, reviews, and content stay yours either way.

What's the difference between Foundation and Growth?

Foundation covers GBP management, weekly Google Posts, citations, and the review-generation system, the minimum signals any local business needs to compete in the map pack. Growth adds technical SEO, on-page optimization, dedicated content and landing pages, and multi-location or competitor analysis for ambitious operators.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.

Services

What's actually included

The signals we run, the platforms we manage, and the work that happens every month.

Do you build our Google Business Profile from scratch?

Yes. If you don't have a GBP, we create and verify one. If you have one, we rebuild it to the standard map-pack winners use, including categories, services, attributes, photos, and Q&A.

How does review generation work?

We set up an SMS and email asks system triggered after every job or appointment, with a one-tap Google review link. We also handle response templates and reputation monitoring. Reviews stack month over month without your team lifting a finger.

Do you write content for our website?

Yes. Every plan includes locally-targeted content, with the volume scaling by tier. Growth plan gets dedicated hours per month for service-area pages, blog content, and landing pages.

What kinds of citations do you build?

Consistent NAP listings across 80+ trusted directories tailored to your industry, including the major aggregators (HomeAdvisor, Angi, Yelp, BBB) and category-specific platforms (Houzz for trades, Healthgrades for medical, Vagaro for salons, etc.). Duplicate cleanup and ongoing audits included.

Will you handle Google Business Profile suspensions?

Yes. We have a proven reinstatement process for suspended profiles. GBP issues are common in trades and locksmith categories, and we resolve them as part of onboarding when needed.

Results & Timeline

When you'll see movement

Realistic expectations on timing, and how we measure whether the work is paying off.

How long until I see results?

Most clients see meaningful map-pack movement within 60 to 90 days. Reviews and Google Posts can shift visibility in weeks; citations and locally-targeted content compound over three to six months.

What does 'the map pack' mean?

The map pack is the block of three local business listings Google shows above the regular search results for queries with local intent. The first three listings get the overwhelming majority of phone calls and clicks, which is why ranking there is the goal.

How do I know it's working?

You'll see ranking improvements in your monthly dashboard, plus increases in calls, form fills, GBP actions, and reviews. We tie everything back to revenue impact so you can see what's actually moving the needle.

What if I don't see results?

We're up-front about the work and the timelines. If after 90 days we aren't seeing meaningful ranking and engagement movement, we'll meet to diagnose, recalibrate, and adjust scope, no charge for the strategy call.

Reporting & Support

Communication and visibility

How we stay in touch, what you'll see in your dashboard, and how requests get handled.

How often will I get updates?

A monthly performance dashboard plus a strategy call. The dashboard tracks rankings by keyword and city, calls, form fills, reviews, and the work being done.

Do I have a dedicated point of contact?

Yes. Every account has a dedicated strategist who picks up the phone, knows your business, and runs your monthly call. No rotating reps.

How do I request changes or new pages?

Email your strategist or use the in-dashboard request form. Most requests are queued into the same week's work; bigger projects (multi-page launches, redesigns) get scoped during your strategy call.

Can I see what work is being done?

Yes. Every action, posts published, citations built, content shipped, GBP changes, is logged in your dashboard with timestamps. No black boxes.
